- Voucher worth € 10 for a service over 50 euros in the Valens Augusta Wellness Center
- Use of deck chairs by the pools
- Unlimited use of WiFi connection
- Welcome drink (glass of HaloĹľan from Ptuj cellar or juice)
- 1 bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival (0.375 l)
- 1x 3-course menu accompanied by wines from local providers in the restaurant of the Grand Hotel Primus

Additional information:
The offer is valid for 2 people. Reservations must be made at least 7 days before arrival by phone. There are two types of Finnish and Turkish saunas available to guests. In summer (expected from 20 May to 5 September) twice daily entry to the outdoor Thermal Park with a large slide system, Olympic swimming pool, wave pool, slow river, children's pool, and massage pool (7 pools in total). Tourist tax and registration fee are not included in the price and are paid by the provider.
The customer will receive a full refund if they cancel the purchase at least 24 hours before the start of the experience.
If the customer cancels the order less than 24 hours before the reserved date, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Any changes less than 24 hours before the booked appointment will not be accepted.
The local time of the SXP1 provider's location applies.
Some of the experiences offered by SXP1 are weather dependent. If the appointment/booking is canceled due to bad weather, you – the customer will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Some experiences require a minimum number of participants. If the performance of the SXP1 experience is canceled because the minimum number of participants is not met, the customer will be offered an alternative date or the SXP1 experience or a full refund.
