- It is necessary to bring comfortable clothes for sports activities.
- We recommend comfortable sneakers and sportswear.
Terms of participation:
For any restrictions and conditions (age required, participation of children or pregnant women) please contact the service provider directly.
Attendees should be at least in moderate physical condition, weighing 50-110 kg.
The minimum recommended age is 15 years with the accompaniment and signature of the parents, and independently from a minimum of 18 years.
If you have any medical indications, you should consult your doctor before going on ziplines.
Useful tips:
- It is advisable to bring spare clothes so that you can change if necessary.
- Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, ie a T-shirt, shorts and sneakers.
- Take a bottle of water with you.
- Outdoor activities may be delayed in case of bad weather.
- Avoid heavy meals 2 hours before sports activities.
- You can book an appointment by phone or e-mail.
The customer will receive a full refund if they cancel the purchase at least 24 hours before the start of the experience.
If the customer cancels the order less than 24 hours before the reserved date, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Any changes less than 24 hours before the booked appointment will not be accepted.
The local time of the SXP1 provider's location applies.
Some of the experiences offered by SXP1 are weather dependent. If the appointment/booking is canceled due to bad weather, you – the customer will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Some experiences require a minimum number of participants. If the performance of the SXP1 experience is canceled because the minimum number of participants is not met, the customer will be offered an alternative date or the SXP1 experience or a full refund.
