The local time of the SXP1 provider's location applies.
Some of the experiences offered by SXP1 are weather dependent. If the appointment/booking is canceled due to bad weather, you ā€“ the customer will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Some experiences require a minimum number of participants. If the performance of the SXP1 experience is canceled because the minimum number of participants is not met, the customer will be offered an alternative date or the SXP1 experience or a full refund.
